A team of four men from Ty Gwyn Assembly [assembly pastor Ivan Park extreme right in photo] left for Niger, west Africa on January 19th. They will be calling at the World Horizon centre in Niger on arrival for debriefing and survival training and basic French. Their aim is to travel upto Agadiz to work with street children on a football project but as there is military activity in the area, they will have to have military protection whilst travelling up north to Agadiz across the border due to the military activity amongst tribes.
