Latvia
A church was birthed in October 2018. ‘New Hope Church’ in Druviena is the newest Apostolic church in eastern Europe. Special thanks to Pastor Gi-Jung and the teams from Cardiff International Church who have developed these exciting links. Glasgow City Church closely supports Latvian pastor Andi Millere (based in Platone). Pastor John Yeoman passed away in May 2019. John and his wife Margaret served as residential missionaries in Latvia (2006-2010). There are opportunities in Latvia now for children’s workers, translators, Bible teachers and counselors. There have been recent successful outreaches in the Druviena area. Plans are being made to further strengthen the faith of the new believers.
